Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer with SME-level expertise to join our team in Annapolis, MD. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing SharePoint applications, integrating Microsoft products, and providing end-user support. This hybrid position requires both technical proficiency and strong communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic planning, development, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Integration and Development:
  • Design, develop, and support SharePoint sites and workflows.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products, Power Apps, and frameworks.
  • Provide strategic planning, technical guidance, and support for SharePoint projects.
• End-User Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Assist users in resolving technical issues, managing accounts, and accessing resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Offer remote support and gather user feedback to improve services.
• Enterprise Strategy and Framework Development:
  • Develop an enterprise-wide SharePoint strategy to support collaboration and communication.
  • Lead risk management, identifying and mitigating project risks.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance:
  • Monitor SharePoint system performance, handle patch management, and maintain up-to-date security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in SharePoint development, system administration, and Power Apps integration, with expertise in:
  • SharePoint applications and system administration
  • JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks
  • Supporting SharePoint sites and providing user support
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Capable of fostering effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of: Database integration within SharePoint, including the development of a strategy and framework.
