POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for the design and development of the ServiceNow applications for organizations which provide IT Solutions to automate business processes. Design, and develop technical applications on the ServiceNow Platform. Design, configure, develop and implement custom application modules and enhancements in ServiceNow including Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Mobility and Service Request Management. Design, develop and customize Service Catalog items with Catalog Scripts and Variables. Design and implement new functionality using UI Scripts. Develop workflow customizations, perform quality assurance test and user acceptance test. Develop data reports as per requirement. Perform server installation and troubleshoot on connection issues. Design and implement new functionality using Business Rules, UI Scripts and actions. Analyze, develop and configure ServiceNow platform. Work on Integration of tools using web services, SOAP, email MID server. Utilize JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, XML. May also require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent and 1 year of experience.
