Role/Designation
Technical Architect/ O365 Architect
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Certification
Any technical certification in O365 would be an advantage.
No of years of experience
1) Total IT expereince of 10 to 14 Years.
2) 6 + years of experience in O365, MS Teams and Share Point Online
3) 2 + years of experience in product development.
4) 2 + years of experience in working with offshore team & AGILE methodology
Team size handled (if any)
This is an individual contrbutor role. However, the candidate should be a good team player.
Primary Skills (Must have)
1) Hands on experience in configuring O365 tenant with vast experience on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams Development,configuration & administration
2) Extensive experince on O365 Tenant-Tenant migration, SharePoint Online, One Drive, MS Teams Migration. Atleast 5 such large scale migration experience
3) Experience with O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams admin center
4) Extensive expereince wih PowerShell
5) Experience with Development and migration on Power Apps, Power Automate
6) Clear understanding on governance and security policies considering the collaboration needs
Secondary skills (Good to have)
1) Experience with AvePoint FLY Migration Tool
Job/Role Description
1) Responsible for overall architecture design
2) Responsible for providing walkthrough of the proposed design and getting approval from customer
3) Responsible for defining the Teams rollout strategy
4) Guiding the development team on the finalized design and providing technical clarifications
5) Document the understanding and conduct walk-through with the customer team
6) Responsible for supporting UAT and PROD deployments
Soft skills/other skills (If any)
1) Self-directed with an aptitude manging and tracking projects, tasks, and backlogs.
2) Wisdom to go looking for the root cause of problems and communicate openly about them.
