Key Responsibilities:
Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions, ensuring proper configuration and adherence to best practices.
Set up and configure OneDrive for Business accounts, including user access, storage quotas, and synchronization settings.
Oversee the organization and structure of content within SharePoint and OneDrive, implementing metadata, tagging, and version control mechanisms.
Design and implement collaborative solutions using SharePoint and OneDrive, including document sharing, co-authoring, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SharePoint and OneDrive with other systems and applications. Assist in planning and executing migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint/OneDrive.
Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint and OneDrive functionality, features, and best practices. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations by implementing appropriate security measures, data governance policies, and access controls.
Monitor the performance and usage of SharePoint and OneDrive environments. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance performance and scalability.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in SharePoint and OneDrive administration, configuration, and support.
In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business functionalities and capabilities.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint site architecture, content management, and permission management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-100, or MS-101 are preferred.
