Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize Siebel applications to meet business requirements in the telecom domain.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, scripts, and configurations.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Siebel applications.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for Siebel applications, including investigating and resolving issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated on Siebel technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Essential :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-10 years of experience in Siebel development, with a focus on the telecom domain.
Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and configuration capabilities.
Experience in configuring Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Configuration, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Certification in Siebel CRM.
Familiarity with Siebel Open UI and other Siebel modules.
Experience with Siebel integration technologies, such as EAI and EIM.
Knowledge of telecom business processes and industry standards.
