We do not need SRE lead who is having expert level experience in Dev. Ops area.
Basic understanding: 
Docker experience (building images, container registry management)

Building installers (DPKG, RPM, NSIS, WiX)

Kubernetes experience (K3S, minikube, kubectl, helm, OpenShift)

Team members should be very strong with Linux operating system. (Mandatory)
3+ years' hands on experience with Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) - installation, scripting (BASH, Python), automating (Ansible, puppet, etc.), configuration and setup using the command line
3+ years' hands on experience with Linux networking using command line (DHCP, static, default routes, DNS, multiple network interfaces including Wi-Fi, ethernet and cellular)
3+ years' hands on experience with virtualization technologies (VirtualBox, Xen Project, VMWare) including image generation and automation (Packer, etc.)
Primarily responsible for troubleshooting Linux issues and incident resolution.
Software and hardware knowledge of Computing.
Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Tools, Operating systems, Virtualization and Networking
Ensure health and deployment of the Servers & devices
Capable of analysing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA's and SOPs.
Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to Client.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Implement SW and manage risk during service delivery
Ensure remote deployment of the edge device
Remotely Start/Stop and reboot the edge gateway according to operating instructions.
Configure rules to send alert and/or notifications to protect the edge performance.
Develop and manage outage schedules and Application /Software update/deployment.
Interact with customers on issues related to edge performance and reliability.
Record information such as fault time, fault code, and operational actions taken while on shift.
Ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management throughout the service delivery process.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Supervise and interact with supplier as needed.
Develop standards, policies, and procedures to continually improve the infrastructure, solutions, and services that Edge Team delivers.
Prioritize workload without supervision; ability to define a problem or objective and identify relevant concerns or factors.
