Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments

Focus on reliability, performance, and system availability

Help teams achieve the appropriate (SLA) level of reliability in resources, services, and products

Technical Skills

Total IT experience should not be less than 10 years

Experience developing Virtualization Dashboards in Azure Monitor, Grafana, ELK/Kibana

NET Development

Web Development

Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, CA APM, Splunk APM

Able to work with multiple development teams to improve performance bottlenecks

Experience with cyber security tools and concepts

Capacity planning

Available for on-call support
