Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Create dashboards for infrastructure and application teams, utilizing tools such as Dynatrace SaaS and Splunk ITSI, including Steel Thread dashboards

Assist teams in understanding available observability technology and onboard their data effectively using Dynatrace and/or Splunk

Utilize Dynatrace features such as digital experience, Grail, OneAgent, Extensions, Applications, Business Analytics, Davis AI, and DQL to enhance monitoring capabilities

Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance to multiple personnel involved in mission and training operations

Assist in integrating new software/hardware with Dynatrace, Splunk, or other relevant products as required

Gather and organize large amounts of data for instrumentation into an Enterprise monitoring solution, leveraging Dynatrace or Splunk

Experience with onboarding Cloud applications and components, ensuring seamless integration and monitoring

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Dynatrace SaaS (Cloud) and Splunk, with experience in Splunk ITSI and Cribl being advantageous

Strong expertise in Ansible and typescript, with a focus on automation and scripting

Experience with Dynatrace DQL for advanced query capabilities

Ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data for effective instrumentation into monitoring solutions

Knowledge of Cloud technologies and experience with onboarding Cloud applications and components

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide training and support to team members

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
