Description

Duties/Responsibilities: - Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications - Resolve and fix production incidents involving site availability, service disruptions. - Complete user requests including user access requests, system config changes, reports, etc - Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health - Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification or professional experience. 6+ years of Azure Cloud experience in a mission-critical environment Self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive Systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Perform SQL database queries tune-up, integrity verification, stored procedures, indexes, functions, triggers and user defined functions. Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems Identified and implemented process improvements based on client's standard operational procedures to further assist consumer issues. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of both speed and accuracy. Candidate is required to work in EST time zone Programming Skills: Microsoft .Net / react JS Microsoft Azure Services Knowledge Microsoft SQL Server Grafana, Kibana, Octopus, Bamboo CI/CD Pipelines Source Code Management Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
