Job Description - 
This successful candidate will install, repair, and preventatively maintain personal computers and related systems, as well as provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems, software, and hardware.
Will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in heterogeneous environments.
The Candidate will maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environments.
will communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
The candidate will assist in determining suitable software to meet user requirements.
Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
May participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed or comprehensive description of any employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee.)
Responsibilities:
Candidates should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
Experience with Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva inSync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS inTune software.
Techs will provide remote End User support. Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required.
Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment. iOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.
Typical Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
Applications and tools: M365, OneDrive, Druva, Cisco AnyConnect, Bomgar, ServiceNow, VPN (Encryption)
Knowledge/Skills and Ability:
Having general knowledge and experience to be able to handle usual and seldom occurring job events with minimal assistance.
Ability to use common sense to carry out relatively basic instructions and activities.
Scope:
