Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Sitecore solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Solution Development:
  • Develop and implement Sitecore solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Integration and Customization:
  • Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and customize as needed.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize Sitecore implementations for performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Conduct performance tuning and monitoring to ensure optimal system response.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to address vulnerabilities.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Sitecore solutions.
  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Sitecore CMS, including the latest versions.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET development, C#, and related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Certifications:
  • Sitecore certification(s) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
