Role:
• Handle all admin duties as Client is migrating to SMAX from other ITSM tool.
• Responsible for all related tickets and overall implementation
• Responsible for training to client employees and other contactors on usage and general deployment to SMAX
• Will be SME for organization.
Required skills:
• Previous experience with SMAX from administrative perspective.
• Ideally experience in conversions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively provide training.
