Requirements:

•                     Work with business to understand need and coordinate with Enterprise Data Team (EDT) Product Owner as needed to prioritize data sources for ingestion into Snowflake.

•                     Manage permissions on data and sharing capabilities using Snowflake RBAC, RLS, CLS, and sharing (external & internal) via Snowflake data shares (e.g., reader account, separate account, exchange)

•                     Coordination and potential "modeling" of data to enable operational needs

•                     Performance monitoring and support for operational "data shares"

•                     When not working on/supporting operational data share use cases, will supplement EDT in terms of access management in Snowflake, user access auditing and other "analytics duties" as assigned

•                     Comfortable working with version control in a collaborative environment

•                     Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, MIS, or related field) or relevant work experience equivalent

Skills needed: Functional knowledge of SQL; ability to turn requirements into performant queries, create views, manage data base objects (tables, views, schemas, databases) and apply permissions. Working knowledge of and ability to support Snowflake API including creating & guiding business partners on best practices for calling API to read data. Mulesoft experience is a plus.

Snowflake administration experience & experience with Snowflake API is required. Experience with Mulesoft is preferred.
