Snowflake Data Architect

• 18+ years of overall experience in architecting and building large scale, distributed big data products.
• Snowflake Solution Architect with expertise in Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) services and solution
• AWS + Snowflake Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have experience with both AWS and Snowflake, as well as a strong understanding of data warehousing and data engineering principles.
• Assess and understand the ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports.
• Improve existing data pipelines in cloud for data transformation and aggregation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS and Snowflake
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs " Develop and execute test plans for new solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
• Stay up to date on the latest AWS and Snowflake features and services.
• Guide the team to handle configurations for multiple departments/groups within single environment stack.
