Job Summary:

As a Snowflake Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures in Snowflake. Your work will involve integrating and transforming large datasets, ensuring data quality, and building scalable solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs. You’ll be responsible for writing SQL code, optimizing data models, and deploying data solutions in the Snowflake environment. Additionally, you will monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance the data infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices
• At least three year’s experience as an operations lead supporting enterprise-wide data platforms
• At least two year’s experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks
• Experience in monitoring bi-directional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems
• Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or CloudFront
• Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders
• Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments
• Proficiency with the Python programming language
• Proven track record of leading and scaling operations teams
• Experience in managing offshore teams and providing 24/7 operations support
