SNOWFLAKE DEVELOPER

We are seeking a talented Snowflake Developer with strong implementation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building data pipelines using AWS and/or Azure data services, along with proficiency in various technologies including Apache Spark, Spark SQL, PySpark, MongoDB, DynamoDB, DuckDB, Apache Airflow, and dbt.
Roles and Responsibilities

Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts to do Extract, Load, and Transform data.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Python,Pyspark, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.
In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concepts.
Experience in Data warehousing and gathering, analysing system requirements.
Good working knowledge of any ETL tool.
Ability to effectively function in a cross team's environment.
Good to have exposure to Dataiku ecosystem.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role.
Strong expertise in building data pipelines using AWS and/or Azure data services.
Proficiency in Apache Spark, Spark SQL, and PySpark.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
Familiarity with DuckDB for analytical workloads.
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation.
Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
