Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage for data processing and integration.
• Experience with EDR (Electronic Data Repository), SSDS (Secure Data Storage), and ADF (Azure Data Factory).
• Expertise in ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), CCDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture), and HL7 (Health Level Seven) standards.
• Capable of CCDA to FHIR conversion and data curation tasks.
• Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
• Skills in data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and level.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Snowflake, Matillion, and DataStage for efficient data processing and integration tasks.
• Implement EDR, SSDS, and ADF for managing and processing healthcare data.
• Execute ELT processes for transforming and loading data into target systems.
• Perform CCDA to FHIR conversion and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and mappings.
• Utilize Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics for storing and analyzing healthcare data.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics.
• Analyze data to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
• Document data analysis, mapping, and transformation processes for future reference.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on technical aspects of data analysis.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics and healthcare informatics.
