SOA/OSB Developer

Must Have

Experience in solution design for customer engagements in the Integration (SOA Suite) space
Drive detailed design using customer requirements
Product expertise in at least 2 Oracle SOA product family with in-depth technical skills from installation/provisioning to troubleshooting
Provide design decision for a customer requirement/RFP/ Solution design
Conduct Design review to provide guidance and quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
Experience in BPM is an added advantage.
Have experience of building at least one project from scratch
Experience with rolling out at least one big project (multiple phased release or country rollouts) to production
Should mentor and guide junior members in the practice
Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning.
