Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage technical programs related to SoC or full-chip designs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control of program activities to meet project objectives and timelines
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with design teams, verification teams, implementation teams, software teams, test teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of chip development
Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets for SoC or full-chip programs, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to program execution, resource constraints, technical challenges, schedule changes, and budget constraints
Communication: Communicate program status, updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners, and facilitate decision-making and problem-solving discussions
Technical Expertise: Have a strong technical background in SoC or full-chip design principles, methodologies, tools, and technologies to effectively understand and manage technical aspects of the program
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, design specifications, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimizations, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing to enhance program execution efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on semiconductor design or project management
Experience: Several years of experience in technical program management roles within the semiconductor industry, specifically in SoC or full-chip design programs
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and practices, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SoC or full-chip design principles, methodologies, tools, and technologies, including knowledge of RTL design, verification, synthesis, physical design, and validation
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration and alignment
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced semiconductor development environment
Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues related to semiconductor design projects, including schedule, resource, technical, and quality risks
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex semiconductor programs on time, within budget, and with high quality
Any graduate
