Role: Social Media Architect / ExecutiveDuration: Full Time / PermanentLocation: San Jose, CA

we need an architect who can talk about what Uber, Google, FB, Netflix, SnapChat, Airbnb, Twitter, Amazon/Heroku, Evernote, and other tech stalwarts are doing and bring those cutting-edge details into solutions we sellThis architect must be well versed in Machine-learning/AI, understanding of how large-scale data analysis is done using traditional languages as well as specialized software/languages such as R and MatLab. Must be an expert in knowing when to apply more contemporary languages such as Go, Scala, Python, as well as software/languages/frameworks such as Node.js, React, etc.

Must have a full-stack understanding:

 

• From native apps to front-end technology and trends,
• Contemporary architectural patterns,
• Usage of NoSql and other exotic database models.
  
   

Must be well versed in processes employed by the aforementioned tech stalwarts. That's what PayPal will listen to. For e.g., we should be able to understand and talk about:- How's Uber doing mobile functional and performance testing that they are able to roll-out with this speed- What's FB's process deployment process- How's Heroku managing SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
