SUMMARY: 

Consultant needed for Software and Hardware integration and mentoring/leadership support for an innovative life science organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide leadership, mentorship and strategic engineering guidance

Hands-on software design and software/hardware/I.T. integration and security optimization

Qualifications & Requirements

12 years of relevant software engineering experience, including substantial design and architecture experience and experience with software and hardware integration, security, communication protocols, etc.

Expertise in C, Python and Linux. C++ experience is a plus

Experience developing system software for big data process/transfer/storage/bioinformatics.

LOCATION:

Hybrid role. Work will be performed onsite in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and remotely from home
