Software (Database) Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid- 3 days onsite/2 remote) – Must be local

Visa: Only USC

Length: 6 Months – C2H

 

The candidate will bring solid knowledge of Java programming languages. Preferably, some experience with Unix shell scripting (bash, Korn, etc.), and will be familiar with database concepts such as relational vs. NoSQL, ACID, CAP, consistency, connection pooling, and retry logic. The ideal candidate will have experience coding against some of the database types listed above, and may be familiar with specific driver features, such as the tunable consistency mechanisms in the Cassandra driver or the durability settings in the Couchbase driver.
