Candidate Requirements
• 5-7 years experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• large systems software design and development experience
• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems
• experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution
• Performance Indicators - Quality of Work, Meeting Deadlines, How much effort it takes to complete a task (gauge).
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. 5-7 Years of Experience of C Sharp or Python Language Proficiency (one of the two, although both are a plus)
2. 5+ Years of experience in prior work Data Engineering skills
3. 3-4 Years of experience working alongside or with Cloud technologies (developing cloud native solutions)

• Assessment Process - 2 HSAs, 1 45 min, 2nd for 30 minutes
