Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our Delivery Experience Amazon Prime Eligibility team in New York, NY. This role involves first-level support and development for production software application issues related to seller prime eligibility, developing monitoring solutions, and implementing fixes for internally developed code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monitoring solutions for system performance and feature metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within internally developed code, primarily focusing on Scala and JAVA.
  • Perform complex SQL queries to analyze data and inform decision-making processes.
  • Enhance and maintain existing codebases for optimal functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to update, track, and resolve technical issues.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in JAVA programming language
  • Strong knowledge of Data Structures like Graphs, Dynamic Programming, Binary Tree. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
