Description
Analyze and document impact of business requirements from phased MRAS integration on existing OBR system design
Identify and finalize technical scope items for each MRAS phase
Provide technical expertise to the documentation of enhancement requests to the Business Registry
Provide high-level documentation of changes required to specific technical components within the Business Registry system
Collaborate with Service Ontario business analysts, MRAS vendor (System scope) and OBR vendor (Teranet) to document system integration/processing requirements and technical limitations/constraints.
Design test plans and testing scenarios
Collaborate with System Scope and other jurisdictions on implementation of test plans
Skill Set Requirements
Communication & customer relationship management. skills in a technical context: 35% 
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management in a technical context; excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills; analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
Good understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management. 
Ability to document technical artefacts clearly and perform knowledge transfer effectively to fulltime technical staff. 
Proven ability to prioritize and parallelize assigned tasks to achieve milestones within tight deadlines. 
Experience working with/within OPS 
Technical experience/skills with web-based transactional systems and required API technologies & tools: 35% 
Extensive experience with web-based transactional systems and standards-based web service technologies in an n-tier Java EE server environment, including XML, SOAP, WSDL, and Rest, ideally in the context of occupational and/or business registry systems. 
In-depth experience with third-party API/web service testing tools such as Ready API, SoapUI and Postman, including design/coding techniques such as schema validation, parameter passing, and Groovy scripting. 
Expert experience using IBM API Connect platform: 15% 
In-depth experience working with IBM API Connect gateway platform (or similar technology) as well as with PKI, standards-based certificates (X.509) and OpenID Connect (OIDC); excellent understanding of secure-by-design concepts. 
Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle, and structured SQL-based query languages. 
Expert experience with industry-standard security tools and protocols: 15% 
Experience using Client ALM/JIRA and CI/CD tools & processes such as Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ant and related tools, IBM Urban Code Deploy (UCD) an asset 
MUST HAVE:
3-5+ years of exp - Extensive experience with web-based transactional systems and standards-based web service technologies in an n-tier Java EE server environment, including XML, SOAP, WSDL, and Rest, ideally in the context of occupational and/or business registry systems. 
3-5+ years of exp -In-depth experience with third-party API/web service testing tools such as Ready API, SoapUI and Postman, including design/coding techniques such as schema validation, parameter passing, and Groovy scripting.
