Austin, TX 78701 (Remote within Texas)

10 months Contract with possibility to extension

Performs highly complex (senior-level) computer programming and software development work.
Work involves coordinating with the business analyst and the business area (Conservation Department under the Water Science and Conservation Office) for the expansion and renovation of the existing Loss, Use, and Conservation (LUC) application, primarily in the development of new features of the Water Loss Audit (WLA) application.
Responsible for developing and maintaining software and web applications following Client’s standards; planning, analyzing, and documenting requirements and procedures; troubleshooting and resolving issues to automate processes and improve existing systems; and providing technical assistance.
Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
Reports to the Application Development Department Manager under the Information Technology Division.
Microsoft .NET resource with Azure, SQL, and SSRS for developing and reporting in a combined waterfall and agile team environment

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Graduate

4	Required	Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and above.
4	Required	Skills in planning and tracking work using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
4	Required	Skills in using Git version control.
4	Required	Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework, C#, Transact SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
