Responsibilities:

Work on requirements gathering, Business Process Study, Planning, Gap Analysis, Creating functional specs, Documentation, Blue print preparation, Realization, Final Preparation and Supported post go-live

  • Use SAP Fiori, SAP Vistex IP, Billbacks, Paybacks, Chargebacks and Sales Rebates.
  • Work with SOLMAN, SharePoint, SNOW, Manage Service Desk, Citrix, WAH Service, NAIP, Mirna, EEPT, BP Open, Lotus Notes (centralized documentation), Cover, HPQC. CHARM and Application life cycle management (ALM).
  • Work onIDOCS failure, Investigation on IDOCS failure and there is certain process to follow and reprocess those failed IDOCS to success and T-codes used WE02-BD87-SE16N-GRCAM-EPKUM-EPKULM-SE37, Customized tables HASH.
  • Investigate reports and take required approvals to changes the statuses of the IDOCS from failed to success, with the admin changes responsibilities coding in the IDOCS and save the changes before the end of the mohawk calendar month, monitor the failed batch jobs in SE37 and retrigger it if needed with certain investigation and admin changes.
  • Work on Determining of New routes in Sales orders based on Departure country Zone, Destination country Zone, Shipping conditions and Transportation Group.
  • Work on the program of changing the Statuses of the Sales order that are already invoiced but still shown in the VF04 Collective billing report.
  • Create New Tables, Access sequence, Condition Types and Pricing procedures for the Partners associated for Incentives and planning based on Materials Sales and target achievement.
  • Perform Integrating between SAP SD-Vistex-HCM, where day to day Sales is recorded and based on attendance performance rebates to customers and commission to employees are paid.
  • Co-ordinate with the Off-shore team and On-site requirements by calling for Meetings and conducting the UAT sessions.
  • Prepare test scripts for the Sales and Distribution.
  • Work with sap and Fiori app, analyzing the issues in UAT connecting with the user gathering the requirements and solving the issue at the earliest.


Academic Qualifications:

  • This position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
