Software Developer Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Automated Testing: Develop and implement automated test suites using Playwright, leveraging its ecosystem and tools to ensure comprehensive testing across various web applications.
Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when required, ensuring thorough validation of web applications and accurate reporting of defects.
Test Suite Management: Build, manage, and execute automated test suites on multiple websites, including those integrating Adobe Analytics.
Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate issue management tools until resolution.
Test Execution: Schedule and execute test suites both automatically and manually, providing detailed reports on test results and issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure the quality of software releases.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Tool Utilization: Utilize Playwright and related tools to enhance testing capabilities and integrate with existing testing frameworks.
Competencies:
Digital: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Asset Management is a plus.
Automated QA: Experience with TestComplete or similar automated testing tools.
Experience:
Years of Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in automation and manual testing, with a strong focus on web applications.
Essential Skills:
Automation Testing Expertise: Proven experience with automation testing, specifically using Playwright and its ecosystem.
Manual Testing Skills: Ability to perform manual testing and provide support as needed.
Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and web testing methodologies.
Analytics Tools: Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Tool Support: Knowledge of scheduling and executing test suites, reporting defects, and managing issues.
Desirable Skills:
Automation Testing Experience: Additional experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
