Description

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in NodeJS & backend stack is required.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript/ ES6
  • Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it like express, sails.js, hapi.js, koa.js etc
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages like Jade, EJS etc
  • Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors like SASS
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance standards
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Knowledge of sql and no-sql databases such as MongoDB

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Node.js applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Utilize AWS services for deployment and hosting.
  • -Implement DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
