Job Description

SHIRO Technologies LLC, an Addison, TX based Custom Application Development, Support and Services Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 11108: Software Engineer.

Job duties include:

 

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows for data integration.
• Utilize ETL tools like Informatica and SAS for data loading and reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to interpret requirements and create technical documentation.
• Resolve complex data integration problems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows for critical applications, including Java, Mainframe, and scripting-based processes.
• Automate ETL jobs and implement effective error prevention measures using scripting tools like Bash and PowerShell, alongside Java and Mainframe technologies.
• Developed and tested computer software using mainframe languages like PL/1 and Cobol, collaborating with integration and test teams for Mainframe and Web application changes.
• Assist in the migration of mainframe components to modern systems. 
  
   

Qualifications

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Electronics Engr, Electrcal Engr or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between $139,464.00 to $144,000.00/year.
