Software Engineer

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Software Engineer II to work on Remote basis.

Skillset (top 3-5):

• 5-8 years of experience as a developer
• Strong with .NET Core
• Strong with React
• Strong with C#
• Understanding of SOLID Principles & design patterns

Nice to have:

• Ecommerce experience  
• Azure Experience like Azure Functions, CosmoDB,
• Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Table Storage, Azure Cosmos Db, Azure APIM, and Azure Service Bus
• Knowledge of Optimizely (or willingness to learn) 

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

• Implement e-commerce solutions on Platform as a Service
• Develop and maintain e-commerce applications 
• Design intuitive user interactions on web pages
• Develop robust back-end website applications
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of e-commerce applications
• Design and develop APIs to meet both technical and consumer needs
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Skills Required:  

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• NET framework (4.0 or later)
• C#
• SQL
• Strong focus on React within an e-commerce environment 
• Knowledge of Optimizely (or willingness to learn) 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies 
• Some experience working with Azure technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Table Storage, Azure Cosmos Db, Azure APIM, and Azure Service Bus (preferred)
