Software Engineer

Summary:

The Factory OS Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Factory Operating System (FOS) that supports manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with the development and manufacturing teams to ensure the FOS meets the necessary requirements for device development from proof of concept through to the provisioning of the retail image

Top Hard Skills:

Minimum 0-2 years of strong C# and C++ skills

Minimum 0-2 years of Strong experience in debugging issues and interdependent systems

Minimum 0-2 years Experience with Windows OS architecture

Minimum 0-2 years of experience with the Factory Operating System (FOS)

Responsibility& Skills:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions for the Factory Operating System

Analyze system requirements and work with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into the manufacturing process   Maintain and enhance existing FOS software to improve performance and reliability

Conduct unit testing and debugging of the FOS to ensure stability and quality

Document software specifications and maintain version control to ensure traceability

Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration of the FOS with manufacturing hardware

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FOS-related issues during the manufacturing process
