-> Good experience of AUTOSAR Architecture, BSW, RTE.
-> Good understanding of Micro controller architecture.
-> Good experience of micro controller driver development.
-> Good Hands on to generate MCAL layer.
-> Good understanding of Davinci tool.
-> Good understanding of Treso's tool.
-> Good understanding of OS configuration.
-> Knowledge of configuration management tool and defect tracking Tools like Bitbucket, JIRA tool.
-> Good in Communication and Team interaction.
-> Improve & maintain the Quality with review effectiveness
-> Apply & maintain the QMS guidelines for the projects
-> Providing Solutions & Problem solving for design issues reported by customer
-> Technical Proposal Preparations
-> Read/Listen/Speak Technical Terms in Japanese

Good to have:

-> Good understanding of Functional Safety ISO26262
-> Basics of ASPICE process knowledge
-> Ability to model using UML / SYSML tools
-> Automotive System Testing and validation- Black/White box
-> Python and VB scripting
-> Daily level Japanese skill.
