Software Engineer-Shopify

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our highly skilled technical team. You willalso need to have great communication and collaboration skills as you will need to interact with fellow frontend and backend developers regularly to ensure components can be integrated together.

Responsibilities:
Build an interactive, engaging, competent Shopify store to boost sales and increase revenue.
Design customizable Shopify themes and alter existing templates according to established benchmarks.
Expertly manage and oversee all aspects of the eCommerce forum.
Closely collaborate with UI and UX design teams to build strong, unique, and state-of-the-art user experiences.
Develop seamless connections with platform APIs, marketing tools, and Shopify apps to optimize the store for peak efficiency and functionality.
Provide adequate technical support and quality assurance to keep the Shopify store running seamlessly.
Boost conversions by properly optimizing the website.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an associated field.
expert-level understanding of Shopify’s Admin System, including shop creation, launch, and management.
proficient in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and DOM.
Adequate knowledge of “Liquid” for Shopify Themes and Shopify Stores.
proven experience working with Shopify’s storefront APIs and custom themes.
possess prior experience working with third-party Shopify apps, including implementation and debugging.
In-depth understanding and expertise in jQuery, vanilla JavaScript, ES2015/ES6, and other trending JS frameworks.
Working knowledge of AJAX API, Meta fields, and other objects/properties within Shopify.
Proven experience building responsive layouts for mobile and web.
Understand various Shopify plugins as well as different third-party services and APIs.
Excellent working knowledge of other eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce would be preferred.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Possess excellent communication skills that facilitate interaction with multiple stakeholders
