Description

The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Builds, codes and debugs applications and/or modules using languages: JAVA, angular, postgresql
Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems.
Design user interface to meet the specific needs of customers.
Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Creates and supports inbound/outbound interfaces with other applications for interoperability


Basic Skills

Demonstrated experience with Java, angular, and postgresql to generate application and database components
Ability to understand requirement specifications using use cases, and identify requirement gaps
Ability to generate technical specifications detailing the input and output of programming modules
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production issues
Experience with postgresql database utilization for application development
Ability to understand priorities and manage time accordingly
Ability to work with minimal oversight to complete assigned tasks
