Software Engineer – Tester Systems Development

Mandatory qualifications/ experience: • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline • Ability to obtain an active German Security Clearance • NATO- or EU- citizenship due to work on classified projects • LabWindows CVI or similar experience • Experience in Python and one of the following programming languages: o ADA / C / C++ / C# / .NET • Usage / integration of measuring- and interface-HW • Usage of HW (analog/digital) • Concept and design of SW systems • Ability to perform multiple tasks and be able to work with a variety of development and test tools independently • Adaptable to change with a determination to accomplish tasks based on program schedule • Ability to collaborate with teammates in order to make the best decisions. • Enjoy learning new technologies • Self-motivated to contribute to a positive work environment • Fluent German and English language skills Desired qualifications/ experience: • WindRiver VxWorks, GreenHills Integrity and/or other real time operating System experience • Knowledge of the standards of the aviation industry • Open standards relating to operating systems and networking (e.g. ARINC 653, ARINC 429, ARINC 818, MIL-1553, POSIX, TCP/IP) familiarity • Experience in test automation • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Project management/project engineering experience
