Job Description:-
Tune SQL and PL/SQL for the better performance of the database.
Modify some Oracle Stored Procedures to integrate the different tasks of Oracle Developers.
Coordinate with basis and DBA for database tuning during SNP Cleansing execution.
Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning and testing.
Provide the automation for copying of production database and restoring the data to a non-production development system using shell scripting.
Create the backup database to track the tape usage and ensure all the environments were backed up consistently.
Technologies:
Oracle 11g for database management, PL/SQL for querying the database, Shell scripting for Automation and JavaScript using Eclipse IDE.
Tools & Utilities:
Oracle 11g, UNIX/LINUX, Eclipse, PL/SQL, Windows operating systems and Eclipse.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
