Job Description:-
Manage overall planning, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
Manage teams, work as a liaison between Business and technical teams working on .Net, Java, SAP and Mainframe.
Mentor and Coach teams develop, promote and execute an organizational change strategy for Agile transformation using Scrum, Kanban, XP methodologies and using TDD, CICD techniques.
Must have thorough understanding of Microsoft TFS, CA Rally, JIRA.
Provide strong, proactive and servant leadership for assigned projects.
Experience in full SDLC, PMLC, Agile Scrum, Web development, MS-Visio, Lync, MS Project, .Net 4.0, MS Project 2010, Visual Studio 2012.
Manage several portfolios adopt Scrum Agile, SAFe and Lean principles, support executives commit to agile values.
Facilitate the core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, demo, retrospectives, backlog grooming, establish timelines, velocity for sprints and backlog grooming.
Define, orchestrate and manage the holistic project lifecycle, delivery cadence, release plan and sprint schedule.
Work closely with the business customer and solution analysts to define and refine project scope, product / project backlogs and release plans.
Oversee and lead the definition and creation of high-quality project / product backlogs, utilizing epics, features, user stories and task structures.
Coach, guide and mentor teams on Scrum practices and techniques.
Actively contribute to establishing and improving project management practices and delivery and Agile frameworks.
Technologies:
.Net, Java, SAP and Mainframe, SDLC, PMLC, Agile Scrum.
Report Design, Microsoft Office.
