Description

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Responsible to understand business requirements for Custom Software Systems Administrator. Ensure high quality and performance in delivering solutions to our clients.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Linux OS, and Application Support to provide on-site support and address tickets via ServiceNow for critical applications
  • Must have application knowledge of: BlackDuck, Coverity, GitHub, ServiceNow.
  • Nice to have knowledge (with the opportunity to learn) of: Zephyr, IBM Jazz (Doors NG), Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory, FlexLM license server, and Cadence Allegro
