• Skilled in meeting facilitation and requirements gathering.

• Skilled in developing and documenting business process work flows.

• Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts

• Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing

• Skilled in developing User Stories

• Skilled in Use of Microsoft Excel

• Experience supporting software development using Agile methodology.

• Project experience supporting JAVA J2EE applications development teams.

• Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency.
