Software Tester

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on UAT especially in banking domain.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Experience designing and executing test cases for various software functionalities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and quick learner.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools is a plus.

• Should be proficient in understanding requirements, test design techniques and test execution

• Worked on any one of the core banking system, loan origination system.

• Preferably having knowledge on loans, deposits, CIF,CASA etc

• Knowledge on run plan and involve in preparing run plan.

• Candidate should have worked on HPALM or any other defect tracking tool.

• Good knowledge and understanding on defect lifecycle.
