Software Testing Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities
Train the trainees on Core Java, Selenium, Mobile Automation [Appium, Andriod Studio and SauceLabs], API testing[RestAssured, Postman], Cucumber BDD and TestNG frameworks.
Creating the content for the batches which is already delivered to the Trainees and uploading them in the LMS Tool.
Working with daily curriculum development of the Trainees/interns to identify and provide improvement area for them.
Preparing the Questionnaires for the Knowledge check of the Trainees.
Scheduling the Weekly Assessment for the entire batches on all the technologies.
Maintaining the score card of the trainees using EXCEL.
Preparing the recently asked interview questions and sharing it with Trainees.
Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams.
Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation.
Create reports on software quality based on measures and KPIs to recommend the overall health of the release.
Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance and operability in mind.
Design and build a test automation framework
Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
Requirements
Should be hands-on with Script Writing using Selenium, Maven and Jenkins.
Hands-on with Java Technology and Designing Framework
Experience in preparation of Test Plan, Test Case and Test Data.
Experience in Regression, functional, smoke, integration, sanity testing.
Should have a good understanding of Agile & Scrum.
Report Generation about Test Cases using Testing.
Good knowledge of web Automation, iOS automation and android automation.
