MAIN ACTIVITIES

Accountable for:

  • Perform activities in compliance with Software/System Test Plan/Test Cases of his/her PG/PL
  • Perform/Support testing, issue reproduction, report generation at Customer/OEM places  
  • Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
  • In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economic targets
  • Support technical architecture and standards assignments

 

His/her scope could include all or part of the validation of blocks / product

  • Complying with Customer/OEM Processes and Design guidelines:
  • Participating in quality review process

 

Managerial activities

  • Plan, execute, track and report of activities with both onsite and offshore team
  • Identify, mitigate and escalate the risks
  • Co-ordinate with other teams at customer, OEM and any third-party vendor side
  • Should be able to handle the pressure and should be able to motivate team

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Required

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the System, Software engineering verification and validation automotive

 ECU products.

- Good understanding of vehicle system

- Good understanding and experience in overall vehicle program, execution flow, milestones, …

- Good understanding/experience in requirements engineering with OEM/JOEM

- Use of DOORS or equivalent tool for requirements development, traceability

- Experience in complete verification (SYS.4, SYS.5, SWE.5 and SWE.6) of Automotive Body controls/Chassis

 products and applications

- Experience in system test bench development using VTSystem/NI/dSpace

- Use of CAN/LIN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) for simulation and data logging

- Experience of direct customer interface with good presentation and negotiation skills

- Understanding/Knowledge of ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity

 

Language

Japanese : JLPT N3 or above, or equivalent

English : TOEIC 600 or above, or équivalent (Writing/Reading skill required)
