Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Consultation:

 

Engage with potential customers through various channels, understanding their energy needs and introducing our solar products and services.

Provide expert advice on the benefits of solar energy, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

 

  • Building Customer Relationships:

 

Establish and nurture relationships with residential and commercial clients, fostering trust through clear communication and in-depth product knowledge.

Tailor solar solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

 

  • Achieving Sales Targets:

 

Set and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the Sales Team to contribute to the department's overall success.

 

  • Product Knowledge:

 

Stay current on industry advancements, solar technologies, and our company's product offerings.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of solar energy and articulate the benefits of our solutions.

 

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal sales teams, providing insights and collaborating on strategies

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and sales activities, and contribute to team progress reports.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Freshers who want to build careers in renewable energy are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in solar sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technical background or education in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with solar technologies and a passion for sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
  • Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity is a must
