Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the architecture of the document repository system, with a focus on Livelink, Oracle R12, and Concur integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage the interface between the document repository system and finance/outlying systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing of connections to each finance system to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to document management systems and integration technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on document management systems and integration.
  • Expertise in Livelink, Oracle R12, and Concur, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with finance systems and familiarity with their data structures and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
