Design, implement, and maintain the architecture of the document repository system, with a focus on Livelink, Oracle R12, and Concur integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage the interface between the document repository system and finance/outlying systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct thorough testing of connections to each finance system to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to document management systems and integration technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on document management systems and integration.
Expertise in Livelink, Oracle R12, and Concur, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and integration capabilities.
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with finance systems and familiarity with their data structures and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
