Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experienced professional with in-depth functional knowledge on the entire card life cycle this includes issuing and acquiring space, Digital Payments
  • Should be able to proactively engage with the Customer on new business opportunities & New prospects.
  • Understand the full breadth of the Card Management System / Switch / Payment Gateway ecosystem
  • Implementation aspects and hands on experience in one or more product suites like V+, TSYS, Paymentology, BPC, HPS), Tokenization, PCI DSS, EMV Implementation, ATM Management, Debit and Prepaid product knowledge, Digital Wallets, Mobile Apps, Loyalty management
  • Experience in implementing platform installations, Migrations, Upgrades and applications management
  • Capability to elicit business requirements and documentation, knowledge of Agile preferred
  • Work with Architects / Solution Design team to come up with architecture
  • Ability to coordinate with Vendors schemes and internal stakeholders through the project life Cycle
  • Curiosity in emerging technologies and application to cards ecosystem.
  • Flexibility in travelling to Client locations.
  • Ability to work directly with the client teams/Vendors teams.
  • Very good documentations skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong knowledge in Cards Domain (Issuing, Acquiring and Loyalty) across consumer & corporate cards and unsecured loans.
  • Have business analyst work experience, having worked as a Cards SME and provided consultative advise to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable card payment processing, settlement & clearing knowledge, knowledge of common card system architectures and interfaces.
  • Have business know-how of cards ecosystem, abreast with latest Cards Industry knowledge and technological advancements in cards space.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple successful projects and change management initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment including liaising with external third parties as necessary.
  • Ability to breakdown and convey complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with local & regional cards regulations.
  • Curiosity in emerging technologies and application to cards ecosystem.
  • Solution-focused approach and the ability to make objective decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficient at building relationships at all levels and influencing a range of senior stakeholders confidently, challenging decision making to help drive continuous innovative improvements.
  • Ability to work in different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projects
