Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

- Proven experience (15+ years) as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing and working knowledge of Generative AI

- Extensive expertise in Tableau and Adobe Analytics, with a track record of building interactive dashboards and reports.

- Proficient in SQL and other relevant database query languages.

- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data integration techniques.

- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

- Strong leadership qualities with a motivational and supportive approach to managing an agile team.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

- Experience in data security, data governance, and compliance is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Architecting Data Solutions: Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions using industry best practices, focusing on databases, ETL processes, and data marts to support various business needs and analytical requirements.

2. Database Management: Manage databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, security, and seamless integration with other systems. Implement and maintain data governance policies and data access controls.

3. ETL Process Design: Design and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to extract data from diverse sources, transform it to fit the target data model, and load it into the data marts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

4. Data Mart Development: Lead the development of data marts and data models tailored to meet the specific reporting and analytical needs of various business units, enabling efficient data consumption for insights and decision-making.

5. Tableau & Adobe Analytics Integration: Utilize advanced knowledge of Tableau and Adobe Analytics to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

6. Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, conveying information at various levels of detail as required.

7. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.

8. Agile Team Leadership: Lead and motivate an agile team of data engineers, analysts, and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in database technologies, ETL processes, data warehousing, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and related domains. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data reliability.

10. Working Knowledge of Gen AI offering from various hyperscalers (Azure Open AI, Google Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock). Must know basics of Vector DB’s and Embedding end Points.
