Summary:
As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the enterprise technology architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards.
2. Lead a team of architects and technical leaders to design and implement technology solutions.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technology solutions to meet business needs.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
5. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
6. Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, and meet compliance requirements.
7. Communicate technology strategy and plans to executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
8. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the technology organization.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
10. Manage and resolve technical conflicts, issues, and escalations.
Technical Skills:
1. 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, leadership, and management.
2. Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture principles, patterns, and practices.
3. Experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7. Relevant certifications (Data Engineering/ Science, AWS/ Azure) are a plus.
