Solution Architect IBM Planning Analytics TM1

In this role, IBM Planning Analytics solution architecture experience – can design and communicate the high-level architecture to less senior developers and to less technically oriented business leaders. 

Responsibilities 
IBM Planning Analytics Technical Experience 
• 7-10 years IBM Planning Analytics solution architecture experience – can design and communicate the high-level architecture to less senior developers and to less technically oriented business leaders. 
• 7-10 years technical hands on TM1 development – high level expert in designing dimensions, cubes, rules, and Turbo Integrator ETL processes. 
• Advanced knowledge and expertise with SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts is required. 
• Ability and willingness to work both on the big picture architectural design and work on the low-level technical development tasks to implement the designed architecture. 
Consulting Skills 
• Manages Complexity - making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. 
• Balancing stakeholders - balancing the needs of all stakeholders for a mutually agreed outcome. 
• Interpersonal / Relationship development skills. 
• Motivated self-starter that can work independently to define the strategic direction for the application design, while also sharing knowledge and mentoring project team members in the TM1 technology best practices. 
PM/PMO Skills 
• Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. 
• Project Management – experience communicating objectives, timelines, and motivating individuals both with direct staff and staff reporting to other functional managers to meet deadlines without sacrificing the quality of deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications 
• Any Graduation or Master 

Preferred Qualifications/ Nice to Have 
• CPA / CFA certification 
• Financial Management experience 
• Financial Management application management experience 
• SAP ERP implementation configuration or integration experience 
• Data Warehouse development experience 
• Experience leading both in-house staff and external consulting / contract resources.
