Qualifications

Must have 3+ years of recent experience consulting in the insurance domain (P&C or Life). (i.e. if no P&C experience - NOT QUALIFIED!)
Experience working with Consulting/ or SaaS services.
Experience migrating/integrating complex, multi-tier cloud applications, employing tools like Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, or third-party migration solutions 
5 or more years of hands-on experience managing and operating systems in a cloud environment (Azure preferred), utilizing services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, etc.
Some experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) implementing, and optimizing solutions using technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Synapse Analytics (formerly SQL Data Warehouse), Snowflake, Informatica PowerCenter, etc.
Experience with data integration techniques, including real-time data streaming with Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, etc., batch processing with Azure Data Factory, and data replication with tools like Azure Data Sync, ensuring data consistency and reliability within the EDW ecosystem.
Proficient in data mapping, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data governance principles within an EDW environment.
Strong understanding of data warehousing architectures, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data mart design.
Ability to collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, leveraging tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Power BI, etc., to develop EDW solutions aligned with business objectives.
Ability to identify and implement appropriate cloud services, leveraging technologies like Azure Service Fabric, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Grid, Azure API Management, etc., to design and deploy applications aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
Understanding of cloud cost components and proficiency in architecting cost-effective and cost-efficient cloud applications, utilizing tools like Azure Cost Management, Azure Advisor, etc.
Ability to evaluate cloud application requirements and make architectural 
recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning applications using methodologies like the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
Ability to provide best practice guidance on architectural design across multiple applications and projects, utilizing architectural patterns such as microservices architecture and serverless computing.
Familiarity with a scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation tasks and infrastructure management
Ability to map business objectives to application/architecture requirements, leveraging technologies like Azure DevOps, Git, etc., for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipelines

MUST HAVE Property and Casualty Experience 3 years.

TOGAF would be valuable. (meaning enterprise architecture and not just one line of business)

MUST have data mapping skills!

FMLI Certification is a big PLUS!

Must have integration experience working on prem to cloud.

Must have worked with ADF ( azure data factory)
